Radisson Red is an exceptional hotel and worth the price we paid for the room, breakfast and late check out. The entire hotel is styled beautifully, immaculately clean, and very functional for most people’s needs. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and quiet, and afforded us a great nights sleep that was much needed prior to our 31 hour travel day. We had breakfast included and the offer was delicious and catered to various cultural needs and desires. On offer were all the usual options for an English and continental breakfast, Indian food, more fruit than you could imagine, pastries, cereals, yoghurt bar and more. All good was hot, well cooked and the areas kept clean and hygienic. Customer service was great and the lovely check in staff were helpful in arranging a late check out for us to ensure we had adequate rest for our flights.

We needed to stay couple of hours extra on the day of checkout so we asked a day prior if we can stay while we are happy to any extra charges. The man on the desk was rude he assumed that we already over stayed and then I corrected him we are asking him about the next day. I was suprised why he assumed such thing and started saying you should have contacted a day prior not now when you should have checked out and blah blah. I am sorry but I thought he judged us too quick but anyway the next day the staff at counter was very helpful and they helped us to accommodate the extra hours for a charge which was reasonable. Overall experience was great.
